Luttrell Psalter Exhibition

If you missed the display of the Luttrell Psalter inspired embroideries when they were on display at the Collection in Lincoln (UK) you have a one day opportunity to view them at Skellingthorpe Community Centre on Sunday 15 August.  The Community Centre is just off the A46 on the outskirts of Lincoln.

Hi Julie, (I couldn't get an email going - I've got an old age thing!!) - thank you for your message about wheelchairs at NEC.
I have friends who offer to wheel me round, we have been there many times when I was more mobile. We all love to flit from place to place, meeting up and off again, so I know it would not be the same for them or me if we were restricted by a chair. I have not been for a few years now, disappointed obviously, but quite content to hear about shows and research the very talented artists who show their work.
I am thrilled with my many Flickr contacts and many blogs and enjoy crafting and stitching most days.
Carolyn has been a good friend and contact for some time - I love her work.
I really appreciate your getting in touch and now I'll get back to your blog and pick up your Flickr Stream, Best wishes, Connie.

I always seem to be living in the wrong place and can't really justify such a long journey, even though I would love to see this exhibition. Someone will have to see it for me and hopefully post it on a blog I read regularly. I love the image which advertises the event and fascinated by all things medieval.

I would love to have seen this exhibition but I won't finish work until 7 am on that morning so I think that I might be a liability on the road.

Julie, always love your sharing and your travel posts. Also want to share that I put a couple of pictures of my parents on my blog. I have told you a little about my Mum so I thought that you might like to meet her. Hugs
