This is part of the blue paper before I took all the resist off. You can see where the doily and the nappy liner had been.
These beautiful textures come from the salt and tissue paper.

While some of this sheet wasn't too successful I love the patterns left by the doily and the cleansing pads.

These are impressive, Julie. There's such an element of chance in how it all comes out, isn't there.
very lovely work. I do like the textures left behind (of your next post too) I've used salt on silk before but am impatient too so ended up using the heater to speed things up a little - it still worked though :D
